Improvements
Competency expiry that follows a Portfolio document
A competency's expiry date in Skills can now be tied to the expiry date of the portfolio document that achieves it, instead of a fixed period from the achievement date. Licences, medical certificates and other documents with their own expiry date now keep competency records accurate, so a worker no longer shows as compliant after their document has lapsed.
Administrators and workers can now:
- Set a competency to expire with a portfolio document, so it expires on the expiry date of the approved document
- Keep using expires after a set period for point-in-time evidence such as certificates of attendance
- Let workers enter the document's expiry date when they submit it, with admin approval through the existing approval process
Note: The Licence category is recommended for portfolio types that drive competency expiry.
Existing competencies will keep their current set period configuration. Their expiry mode won't change automatically, and existing records won't be affected. To move existing competencies to the new expiry mode, contact our Support team, and we'll help you migrate them.
Contacts can now be exported from the Client Portal
Client users can now export their Contacts list to CSV from the Client Portal.
System Fields can now be configured for Manager user roles
Admins can now set up System Fields for Manager user roles, controlling which contact fields Manager users can see.
