Dedicated settings tab for Help Requests
Help Request settings now have their own tab within your System Settings, making them easier to find and configure.
AI Question Generation now preserves the order of questions in your source document
When extracting questions from an uploaded document, AI Question Generation now returns them in the order they appear in the source rather than regrouping them by question type, difficulty or topic.
Location column renamed to Delivery Location
The Location column on the Manage Workshops page has been renamed to Delivery Location for greater clarity.
Class Enrolment reports performance improvement
The Completed Unit Codes List field in Class Enrolment warehoused reports now returns a maximum of 100 unit codes, preventing errors when generating reports for enrolments with a large number of units.
Milestones can now be completed manually
Administrators and trainers can now mark a Work-Based Learning milestone as complete even when not all criteria have been captured. A reason can be recorded, which displays in Milestone reports.
Gained Date now displayed on Skills authorisation records
A Gained Date field has been added to the authorisation records panel in the Manager Portal, shown alongside the existing Authorisation Effective Date.

AX-26301 - An issue has been resolved where workshops ending on the current day were included in the Past filter of the Workshop List.

AXSO-1545 - An issue has been resolved where the Prior Learning tab on the worker page could continue loading indefinitely after the page was refreshed.
AXSO-1879 - An issue has been resolved where a requirement could remain In Progress when a completed workshop record was backdated.
