Select which Milestones a learner is enrolled into when creating a placement

When creating a placement, you can now choose which Milestones the learner is enrolled into, giving you more control over how each learner's placement is structured.

Competency management improvements in Skills

Managing competencies in Skills is now easier, with new tools for importing, filtering, and identifying competencies. You can now:

  • Explicitly import AQF competencies, leading to more intuitive UX so that finding & creating competencies is more straightforward
  • Filter competencies by type in the Competency data table
  • See warnings and errors when creating a new internal competency with a code that is already in use
  • View an AQF warning when opening or editing AQF competency details, helping distinguish them from internal competencies

NAT00030A now compiled to NCVER specifications 

The NAT00030A file is now compiled in line with NCVER specifications when the National (NCVER) reporting format is selected in the AVETMISS reports area. Previously, the NAT00030A file was only compatible with State rather than National reporting formats.

Delivery location address added to the Calendar and Workshop Instance API endpoints 

The delivery location address is now returned by the v2 Calendar and Workshop Instances endpoints, providing integrations with session location details.

Tooltips added to client portal report tables

Truncated text in client portal report tables now displays in full via a tooltip on hover, making longer values easier to read.

AX-24958 - An issue has been resolved that prevented agreements from being sent to every signatory.

AX-25611 - An issue has been resolved where Unit outcomes for a learner could not be overridden at the point of enrolment if the associated Class had a Learning Plan attached.

AX-26448 - An issue has been resolved where SCORM status log entries did not always align with the selected system time zone.

AX-26740 - An issue has been resolved where scheduled tasks were skipped when the Moodle server URL had not been configured.

AXLB-2887 - An issue has been resolved that caused Assessment Mapping to crash for an item containing an empty (invisible) paragraph element.

AXLB-3177 - An issue has been resolved where a variant of the apostrophe character (U+02BC) caused an incorrect result on Fill-in-the-Blank answers.

AXLB-3255 - An issue has been resolved where assessments awaiting approval did not appear in assessment mapping, and a Pending status filter has been added.

AXLB-3351 - An issue has been resolved where previewing HTML content in Assessment and Learner views added an empty line between block HTML elements.

AXSO-1991 - An issue has been resolved where learners could receive errors when trying to launch an assessment for one of the Competencies of their Skills Role.

GLO-601 - An issue has been resolved where boolean (true or false) field values did not display correctly in client portal saved reports.

WBL-268 - An issue has been resolved where generated milestone reports displayed a status of Not Started instead of the correct status for each unit.
