Agreements now include the ability to request document uploads and make agreement fields mandatory

Users can now request additional documentation, such as supervisor qualifications, as part of the agreement signing process. Uploads can be assigned to a specific signee and automatically linked to a portfolio item on the relevant contact. Upload requests can be added to an agreement template using the ‘Recipient Inputs’ field within the Agreements tab of your template. 

This update also allows users to make it mandatory to complete any Recipient Field within an agreement template by selecting the ‘Required’ option when generating the ‘Recipient Inputs’ field within the Agreements tab of your template.

Saved reports are now available within the Client Portal

Admins can now share saved reports with Client users directly in the Client Portal. 

Reports can be shared with specific Client user roles, giving admins a simple, flexible way to give clients access to additional data, without extra manual work.

Shared reports appear in the More Views menu in the Client Portal, giving Client users a user-friendly way to view additional data that matters to them, providing transparency and improving access to training data.  Each report can also be searched to find specific records, filtering across text-based columns as you type and exported to allow you to save your data externally. 

aXcelerate App display improvements

 A range of display refinements have been made across the aXcelerate App to make it clearer and more consistent to use, including updated font colour and size, refined borders, and buttons that are now uniform in size. These improvements span:

• The learner tab within classes
• Calendar event visibility
• The Workshop instance page
• Assessment item display
• The Edit Attendance Details section
• The selected state for Sessions
• The Location filter

Filter across all workshops in the aXcelerate App

App filters now use the refreshed Workshop List API, so you can filter across all workshops rather than only the few previously visible in the app.

Expanded gender options for TCSI reporting

Gender options now include ‘Non-binary’, ‘Different term’, and ‘Prefer not to answer’ to meet TCSI reporting requirements. When Different term is selected, a free text Gender Term field is available.

Additional contact fields in the Client Portal Contacts list

AI Question Generation has been upgraded to use our new AWS Bedrock model, improving the quality and flexibility of generated questions. This update delivers better scaling for larger question sets, greater variability in multiple-choice answer options, and enhanced extraction of questions from uploaded documents.

Smart and Skilled finalised field added to Class Enrolment and Bulk Set Outcomes

The NSW Smart and Skilled "Enrolment is finalised and reported" field has moved to the Class Enrolment page and is now also available on the Class Bulk Set Outcomes page. The bulk set action can only turn this field on for enrolment records, not off.

Manual day recording removed from Milestones 

The manual record days option is no longer shown when a placement uses Milestones, keeping the workflow consistent with milestone tracking related to Work-based Learning. 

Improved filtering on Marketing Opportunities

Filters on the Marketing Opportunities export have been improved to ensure that the exported data reflects the selected filters correctly.
