The new Workshop Types experience provides a direct overview of your workshop types, letting you view relevant information immediately, and allows filtering for additional granularity.
This new view provides a refreshed, more holistic way to view your workshop types.
This documentation provides information and guidance on using the feature, which is currently available for free as part of our open beta program and may change. We recommend reviewing the Additional Terms for participating in a beta program before using this feature in your account.
Accessing new Workshop types
The new workshop types experience will be enabled by default and can be viewed as the "New Workshop Types Experience" option within System Settings > Additional options.
To return to the legacy view, simply update this setting to "No".
Once enabled, the user will be able to access the new Workshop types feature by selecting the ‘Workshop Types’ item from within the Workshops menu.
Using new Workshop types
The default view will display all active workshop types of any coordination. This can be changed by updating either of the available filters:
- The Status filter can be toggled to either ‘Active’ to display active workshop types or ‘Inactive’ to display inactive workshop types
- The Accredited filter can be set to ‘Yes’ to display only accredited workshop types or ‘No’ to display only non-accredited workshop types
- The Learner Billing filter will appear if your organisation is using hybrid billing and will allow you to filter on either ‘Long-course’ or ‘Short-course’
