The new Workshop List feature provides a direct overview of your upcoming workshops, lets you view relevant information immediately, and allows you to filter for additional granularity. This new view provides a refreshed, more holistic way to view your workshops.
Accessing the Workshop List
The Workshop list feature can be accessed by selecting ‘Manage Workshops’ from within the Workshops sub-menu.
Using the Workshop List
The default view displays various columns with data from fields relevant to your workshops, including the number of learners enrolled, places remaining, start and end dates, as well as location, coordination type and the trainer. To search for a specific workshop type or instance, simply begin typing into the search bar.
The displayed columns can be adjusted by selecting the Columns option and toggling fields on or off. Selections made within the area will be retained and displayed next time you view the Workshop List page.
The default view displays Current & upcoming workshops; past workshops can be viewed by switching to the Past view.
Additional filters can also be applied by selecting the Filters option and toggling filters on or off. Multiple filters can be used at the same time, once they have been applied individually.
Once you have completed your view or are displaying the workshops required, you can export the generated list as a CSV, using the Export option in the top right.
To return to the default view, select the Reset option to the right of the Filter selector.
Note: To provide feedback on the Workshop List update, select the Feedback option in the top right or complete the survey here.
