If you require help or clarification while studying, support can be requested by submitting a Learner Help Request to a trainer or administrator, or by engaging with the AI Learner Support Agent (AILSA) via chat.
Tip: Help Requests and the AI support Agent will be available within your Learner Portal if enabled by your organisation. We recommend reaching out to your Training Organisation directly if you are unable to submit a Help Request and require assistance.
Submitting a Help Request
A help request can be submitted if you require assistance from your trainer.
Submitting a Help Request:
- Select the Help icon located in the top navigation bar or bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select the relevant option from the Categories.
- Complete all fields, providing as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit to submit your Help Request.
Tip: You will receive a notification when you have received a response to one of your Requests.
Accessing AI Learner Support
If enabled, AI Learner Support can be accessed by submitting a Help Request from the qualification enrolment page.
Submit an AI Learner Support Help Request:
- Select the Qualification from the Current Activities section of your dashboard (homepage).
- Select the Help icon located in the top navigation bar or bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select either Learning Materials or Assessment from the available Categories.
- Complete all fields and select the Enable AI Assistant checkbox, then select Submit to begin the chat.
- If the AI Agent is unable to answer your question or you require further assistance please select the 'No I need to chat to a person' option, to create a Help Request with your trainer.
Tip: If you do not see the Enable AI option within the Help Request confirm you have selected an applicable category. If you are still unable to enable AI, we recommend reaching out to your training organisation directly for further assistance.
Access an existing Request
If your Trainer or Admin is unable to respond right away you will receive a notification to indicate when new response has been received for one of your Requests.
Access an existing request:
- Select the ? mark icon located in the top navigation bar or bottom right corner of your screen.
- Select the request from the list.
- Review the request and provide any additional information or add any new questions.
