Organisations will often have a large number of staff regularly completing training and recertification activities.
The Skills and Authorisation Matrix views have been created to allow Managers and Administrators the ability to quickly identify skill gaps and any workers who may be at risk of their Role becoming invalid which would cause any linked Authorisation to become revoked.
Note: Data within each Matrix is cached overnight similar to warehoused reports.
Skills Matrix
The Skills Matrix allows Managers and Administrators to view the current state of Competency validity recorded against multiple Workers within a singular dashboard.
Workers are listed within the left side of the table while the Competencies are located along the top row of the table.
Workers can be searched for using the Search bar and can be grouped by Primary Organisation using the Group by filter.
Note: Hovering over the Competency icon will display the name of the Competency in an info bubble while hovering over the icon within the Competency box will display the current status of the relevant Worker.
The main Competency Statuses are:
In-Progress
Applies when a worker has started an activity linked to the competency but has not yet completed the activities or achieved the Competency.
Pending
Applies if the activity has been completed by the worker but must be manually approved by their manager. This would occur if a rule has been set against the Competency.
Achieved
Applies if the worker has successfully completed all requirements for the Competency and all are currently valid.
Revoked
Applies if Competency Achievement has been manually revoked by a Manager.
Authorisation Matrix
Workers can be searched for using the Search bar and can be grouped by Primary Organisation using the Group by filter.
It is also possible to filter by Authorisation using the + Select Authorisation option in the top right of the Matrix.
Tip: Hovering over the Authorisation icon will display the full title of the Authorisation.
Tip: Hovering over the status icon of the Authorisation will display the full title of the current status.
