Send an enquiry template via Workflow

This action allows you configure automated responses to online enquiries. You can send a template to a contact in the system upon an enquiry being made as well as notifying internal staff of enquiries received. This workflow can be setup for when a General, Workshop, Qualification or eLearning enquiry has been made.

This task is particularly useful in tandem with our WordPress plugin or a Custom API Integration which allows students to submit enquiries through your website.

This action will only be able to run based on Enquiry Event triggers.

1. Name: eg MARKETING Sends an General Enquiry Template
2. Description: This will send a 'Thank you for your enquiry' template when a student enquiries via our website
3. Trigger: Send Enquiry Template
4. To: Enquiry Contact (Client)
5. Honour Unsubscribed: choose whether or not you are honouring emails that are unsubscribed against the contact record
6. Template: Choose your correct template
7. From: Choose either the API user or a specific User
8. Subject: either set a Subject OR you can use the Subject which you have set on the Template
9. Trigger: Choose General, Workshop, Qualification or eLearning Enquiry
10. Conditions: You have the opportunity to choose to only have this workflow trigger based on a certain workshop type or qualification
11. Click Save Automated Task
