This workflow action will allow you to send templates or emails to a stakeholder who is linked to a class or enrolment.

New Automated Task

Send a Congratulations Class template to Students with their Certificate Attached


This action allows you to send a congratulations template to your students upon the Certificate being issued to your students in a Class. 

  1. Name: eg STUDENT: Send Class Congratulations and Certificate
  2. Description: This will send the Congratulations template and a copy of their PDF issued Certificate after the Award has been issued. 
  3. Action: Choose Send Class Template 
  4. To: choose Learner
  5. Set whether the task will Honour Unsubscribed
  6. Template: choose your Congratulations Template
  7. From: either leave it to send from the API user or choose a specific User
  8. Attach Accredited Certificate: select/tick the checkbox
  9. Tigger: eg 0 hours after Award Issue Date
  10. Conditions: you can choose to add conditions based on Funding Source, Enrolment Status, Contract, Qualification and more.
    • For this example choose the Enrolment Status of Completed
  11. Click Save Automated Task
 

Tip: The Certificate which will be attached is the most recent issued Completed Qualification Certificate (by issued date) linked to this enrolment. If there is no Completed Qualification, it will send the most recent Statement of Attainment.
