This workflow action will allow you to send a simple email directly from the Workflow Engine. All emails will always be sent from the workflow email address of: workflow@axcelerate.com.au.
Notification of Feedback received via the Learner Portal
This action will create a User Task when a learner has submitted feedback via the Learner Portal where by the system setting has no user assigned. To check which user is set in your System Settings: go to Settings > System Settings > Learner Portal and App Settings > Recipient for feedback received via the Learner Portal.
- Set the Name of the workflow task eg ADMIN Student Feedback Received
- Action: Select Send Email
- Set the Recipient Email
- Set the Subject of the email eg Student Feedback Received
- Populate the content of the email. You can use the HTML format option so that you can add in some of the dynamic fields to populate your message eg "The aXcelerate taskID for the task" which looks like %taskID% when you add the field to the message.
- Trigger Type: User Task Level
- Trigger: 0 hours after User Task Created - this will send this email once the task has been created
- Conditions: Choose the User Task Owner > Includes > Unassigned
- Click Save Automated Task
Note: You will not be able to choose your own Template when using this Workflow Action.
