Add new login experience link to other templates
CompletedIt would be extremely helpful if we could include a "New Login Invite" link in other templates.
In a perfect world it'd be nice if we could add the link conditionally to a template (e.g. booking confirmation) based on whether the user has an active global account or not.
This would help in cases where the student has missed, lost, or otherwise not received the new login invite..

You can use the template field [User Login Access Link] in any template you wish. This template field currently only works when manually sending templates (i.e., not through workflow). You can find this template field in the "Other Fields" accordion on the template page.
You need to ensure the checkbox is selected as per the screenshot below for the template field to work:
In a change we will be hotfixing later this week / early next week, sending templates containing this field will always reinvite users, allowing this functionality to be used from the Workflow system.
