    Is the below something you're after?

    If so, you can definitely set up a template in your system and potentially link a workflow.

    If you require any further information, I'd send a support ticket to accelerate and they'll assist you setting it up.

    Mathew, Sorry it's taken so long. I have been away for about 4 weeks. Yes it appear to what I'm looking for. I want to advise students by email that alerts students' they have another attempt or the assessment is overdue or they have completed it. Please advise or should I contact aXcelerate with a support ticket?

    That is definitely something you can do. The trigger for the workflow would be something like "Handle Assessment Status Change".

    Reach out to aXcelerate and they'll walk you through the process.
