The Images Library lets you upload and store images in your system for use in communication templates, course descriptions and online assessments. This will also enable you to customise the main logo that appears on each page within your system.

Upload an image to the images library
Once an image is uploaded into your library you will be able to see it when viewing all images.
- Click Upload
- Click Choose File
- Select the image file from your file browser
- Click Open
- Click Submit
Copy an image from the images library
After an image has been copied you can paste it into a content editor by right-clicking and selecting 'Paste'.
- Click View all
- Right-click an image
- Click Copy Image
Tip: You can also retrieve the URL of the image by instead clicking 'Copy Image Address'.
Remove an image from the images library
- Click View all
- Click the Delete icon below the image you wish to remove
- Click OK when prompted to confirm the deletion
Warning: Removing images will make the image no longer available/viewable where the image is placed.
Set your main logo
aXcelerate allows you to set the main logo of your business to appear on each page in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
- Click Set Main Logo
- Click Change the Logo Image
- Select an image from your Images Library
- Click Submit
